Can I make changes to my order?

If an error has occurred in your order, notify us promptly and we will attempt to assist in correcting the error. After the order has left the pending queue we cannot assist in any modifications.

Please send any order modifications to [email protected] subject “Modification”, we will send a confirmation email stating the result. 

I received a faulty item, what should I do?

So that we can get this fixed for you please e-mail us at [email protected] subject, “Damaged”

Please include the following information:

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery of faulty or damaged item.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time we solely ship in the United States. However we have the ability to ship outside of the U.S. please contact us for international shipping at [email protected] subject “International Order”.

What’s your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to our limited collection and frequent collection installments we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds.
