At The Luxe Fare we are committed to a first class shopping experience not just in our products but in our process as well.
Your orders will be processed within 48 hours after order placement (excluding weekends or holidays).
Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number that links to the carrier site.
If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days, please email us at email@example.com subject, “Tracking”. Please check your junk/spam inbox prior to contacting us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address entered at checkout when placing your order.
The Luxe Fare uses FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, USPS Parcel Select, or USPS Priority Mail for ground shipping services.
At this time we do not offer express/overnight shipping.
Most orders ship in 2-3 business days.
Your items will arrive within 5-7 business days.
Delivery times are estimated by carrier only and not guaranteed.
Please be aware times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks and promotions. Please note we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers.
Note: Once your order is marked: delivered, The Luxe Fare is not responsible for any Lost or Stolen packages.
Due to our limited inventory and frequent collection updates we do not accept returns.
